Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Volodymyr Fihorniuk (“we”) collects when you use Campsis Studio and this website, and how it is used.
1. What we collect
- Account data: your e-mail address and a securely hashed password.
- Device identifier: a one-way hash derived from your computer, used only to limit free trials to one per computer and to verify your license. It cannot be used to identify you or read anything on your computer.
- Subscription data: subscription status, renewal date and Paddle customer and subscription IDs, received from Paddle.
- Support messages: anything you send us by e-mail.
2. What we do not collect
- Your API keys for Claude, Lumean and FastGen are stored only on your computer and are sent directly to those services. They are never sent to us.
- Your scripts, audio, images and videos stay on your computer and on the third-party services that generate them. We do not receive them.
- We do not receive your card or bank details. Paddle processes all payments.
3. How we use it
To create and secure your account, check whether you have access (trial or subscription), prevent trial abuse, provide support, and send service e-mails such as account confirmation, password reset and important changes. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. Who processes it
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, processes payments, taxes and subscriptions, and shares subscription status with us. See Paddle’s privacy notice.
- Supabase hosts our account database and authentication (servers in the United Kingdom).
- Cloudflare hosts this website and the checkout page.
- Our e-mail provider, to send service e-mails.
When you use the Software, it sends your content directly to Anthropic, Lumean and FastGen under your own accounts; their privacy policies apply to that data.
5. Legal basis
We process account and subscription data to perform our contract with you, device identifiers based on our legitimate interest in preventing trial abuse, and support messages to answer your requests.
6. How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists. After you ask us to delete your account, we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons. Trial device hashes may be kept to prevent repeated trials.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to campsisstudio@gmail.com. If you are in the EU, UK or another region with data protection law, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The checkout page loads Paddle, which may set cookies needed to process payment and prevent fraud.
9. Changes
We will post changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be announced by e-mail.
