Campsis Studio

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of Campsis Studio (the “Software”), a desktop application for Windows provided by Volodymyr Fihorniuk (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Software you agree to these terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

1. The Software

Campsis Studio automates the production of documentary-style videos: scripting, fact-checking, voiceover, storyboarding, image generation, rendering and packaging. It runs on your computer and connects to third-party AI services using API keys that you provide.

2. Account and trial

3. Subscription and payment

4. License

While your trial or subscription is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for producing your own videos or videos for your clients. You may not resell, sublicense, decompile, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Software, share your account, or bypass its license checks.

5. Third-party services

The Software uses services that we do not operate, including Anthropic (Claude), Lumean (ElevenLabs voices) and FastGen. You need your own accounts with them, you pay them directly, and their terms and prices apply. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, output or changes to their services.

6. Your content and responsibilities

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund where permitted by law, if you breach these terms, abuse the trial, share or resell your account, or use the Software for prohibited purposes. You may stop using the Software and cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Updates and availability

We may update the Software to fix problems, add features or follow changes in third-party services. We aim to keep the account server available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Software is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Software in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue, channel strikes or demonetization, or charges from third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by e-mail or in the Software before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Software after that means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Matters relating to payment are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.
