Refund Policy

Campsis Studio is sold through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Your purchase is with Paddle, and refunds are processed by Paddle under the Paddle Refund Policy and the Paddle Buyer Terms, which apply in addition to this page.

Every account starts with a free 24-hour trial with full access, so you can check that Campsis Studio works on your computer and fits your workflow before you pay.

When we guarantee a refund

In addition to the Paddle Refund Policy, we will approve a full refund of the relevant payment if:

• The Software does not work. Campsis Studio does not run or cannot produce a video on your computer, you contacted our support, and we were not able to fix the problem.
• You were renewed by mistake. Your subscription renewed when you did not intend it to, and you request a refund within 24 hours of the renewal charge.

Charges made in error, such as duplicate payments, are always refunded.

Other cases

Other refund requests are reviewed by Paddle under the Paddle Refund Policy. Charges from third-party services you use with the Software (Anthropic, Lumean, FastGen) are not ours and cannot be refunded by us or Paddle.

If you live in the EU, UK or another country where the law gives consumers a right to withdraw from a purchase, those rights apply as described in the Paddle Buyer Terms and are not limited by this page.

How to request a refund

• Go to paddle.net, find your order with the e-mail you used to pay, and choose “Request refund”; or
• write to us at campsisstudio@gmail.com with the e-mail on your account and a short description. For the “does not work” case, please include what happens on your computer so we can try to fix it first.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. After a refund, access to the Software ends.

Cancelling is different from a refund

You can cancel at any time through the link in your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
